Donna Bingham has over 30 years of counseling experience and has chosen to specialize in helping adults (age 18+). She has a strong passion and extensive history in helping those who have been challenged by trauma, mood disorders, developmental/health and/or psychiatric conditions, TBI, anger management problems, the grieving and individuals struggling with interpersonal, stress related, disenfranchisement and esteem issues among other things.
Donna Bingham has expertise in use of psychodynamic, CBT and psychoeducational approaches, and has a particular passion for work with the developmentally disabled and their families as she has done so for over 20 years at Aspire of WNY, Phoenix Frontier, the "DDSO" and People Inc. She also has a strong history of agency work including at Catholic Charities and the Monsignor Carr Institute. She has significant training and work in the area of trauma informed care and has worked at Compeer, as well as was honored as volunteer of the year for a 20+ year adult match through this mental health program.
No matter the setting, population or modality, Ms. Bingham's greatest pleasure and honor is to offer a therapeutic journey that provides nurturance, guidance and tools for a wholesome and healing experience.
